- 250 ml unsweetened coconut water
- Extra ice cubes (about 1 cup, for blending tomorrow)

A super simple prep-ahead hydration hack for hot days, sport mornings, or school runs that start early. One portion = 10 g GenH Rehydra ✔️
Method:
- Night before
- Add the Rehydra powder to the 250 ml coconut water.
- Stir or shake well until fully dissolved.
- Pour into an ice tray (or freezer-safe container).
- Freeze overnight until solid.
- Serving it on the day
Option 1 – Slush style:
- Add the frozen Rehydra cubes to a blender with a handful of fresh ice.
- Blend briefly until a spoonable slush forms.
Option 2 – Slow sip:
- Add the cubes to a bottle or cup.
- Top with cold water and let them melt gradually through the morning.
