Blueberry Chia Power Bowl

25g (1 Serving) Gen H Vanilla Pro (Vanilla Protein Powder)
250ml Water
2 Tbsp Smooth Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
1/4 Cup All-Bran Shreds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
¼ Cup Blueberries
Method
1. Add protein powder and water to a mixing jug or bowl; whisk until smooth.
2. Add the cottage cheese and mix into a silky high-protein base.
3. Sprinkle in the All-Bran shreds for fiber and crunch.
4. Add chia seeds and mix; let them absorb slightly.
5. Top with blueberries for colour, sweetness, and antioxidants.
6. Serve and enjoy immediately.
