  • 250 ml unsweetened coconut water
  • Extra ice cubes (about 1 cup, for blending tomorrow)
Age Suitability - Ages 16+, Ages 10–12, Ages 13–15

Freeze Tonight, Drink Tomorrow:

A super simple prep-ahead hydration hack for hot days, sport mornings, or school runs that start early. One portion = 10 g GenH Rehydra ✔️

Method:

  1. Night before
  • Add the Rehydra powder to the 250 ml coconut water.
  • Stir or shake well until fully dissolved.
  • Pour into an ice tray (or freezer-safe container).
  • Freeze overnight until solid.
  1. Serving it on the day

Option 1 – Slush style:

  • Add the frozen Rehydra cubes to a blender with a handful of fresh ice.
  • Blend briefly until a spoonable slush forms.

Option 2 – Slow sip:

  • Add the cubes to a bottle or cup.
  • Top with cold water and let them melt gradually through the morning.

Why this is awesome

  • Coconut water = natural potassium base
  • Rehydra = sodium + electrolytes for proper rehydration

Freezing = better compliance (it feels like a treat, not “a supplement”)
