Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold watermelon cubes (seedless)

  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water

  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 4 scoops GenH Charge+ Creatine Blend (1 scoop per serving)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or agave (if your watermelon isn’t very sweet)Nutrient Content (per serving, estimated)

Yields: 4 Portions Creatine: 5g per portion (20g total) Prep time: 10 minutes

Method

  1. Add the watermelon, water/sparkling water, mint, lime juice and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frosty.
  3. Stir in creatine after blending (to protect stability) — mix well until dissolved.
  4. Pour into 4 chilled glasses, add extra mint or watermelon wedges if you want it pretty.
  5. Serve immediately.
