- 4 cups cold watermelon cubes (seedless)
- 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
- 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 scoops GenH Charge+ Creatine Blend (1 scoop per serving)
- 1 cup ice cubes

Method
- Add the watermelon, water/sparkling water, mint, lime juice and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frosty.
- Stir in creatine after blending (to protect stability) — mix well until dissolved.
- Pour into 4 chilled glasses, add extra mint or watermelon wedges if you want it pretty.
- Serve immediately.
