- 20g GenH Charge+ Creatine Blend
- 1 Liter Chilled Soda Water or Sparkling Water
- 1 Cup Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 Medium Red Apple, thinly sliced
- ½ Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- Plenty of Ice Cubes
Yields: 4 Portions Creatine: 5g per portion (20g total) Prep time: 10 minutes
Instructions
- Muddle: In a large pitcher, add the cherries, mint, and half of the apple slices. Crush vigorously with a muddler or wooden spoon to release juices.
- Dissolve: In a small cup, dissolve the 20g of creatine in a splash of warm water. Add this slurry to the pitcher.
- Combine: Add the remaining apple slices and plenty of ice to the pitcher.
- Fizz: Gently pour in the 1 Liter of soda water. Give it one gentle stir to mix.
Serve: Pour immediately into 4 tall glasses, ensuring fruit ends up in each glass.
